Good friends, great conversations and delicious food all make for good times! This past weeeknd's Block Party went off almost without a hitch; I understand the Methodist Police were called in at one point to quiet the rowdy crowd, but no pastries were harmed during the confectionary melee.

The 2009 Youth Rally in Ocean City is history now, but from the looks of things, 2010 can't come soon enough!

Remember Your Baptism and Be Thankful.

This past weekend's message was "Experiencing A Sacred Moment" and many of the congregation took Pastor Paul up on his offer to remember their baptism or they came forward for the first time (as witnessed above).

It was a fiesta weekend at the Cornerstone Cantina (aka Cafe) and by all accounts, everyone had a finger-lickin' good time!

Heavenly Voices

Well over 300 people came out Wednesday night to see and hear the voices of the African University Choir on their stopover in Bear. The Choir will be performing at the Youth Rally this weekend in Ocean City.

Congratulations to Matt and Stacey Ayars, Missionaries to Haiti, on the birth of their birth of their daughter, Lily, born January 2nd.

WOW! What a glorious day to celebrate the birth of our Savior. Well over a thousand people from our community came through the glass doors to celebrate together this day. Does it get any better than that????
