The Middle School Ministry WILL NOT meet Sunday, but instead will meet Saturday at 5:30pm. The Senior High Ministry WILL meet Sunday, as usual, at 6:00pm.

Confirmation Class Registrations Open

7th and 8th grade students are invited to explore the Christian faith and learn more about what it means to follow Jesus. The Confirmation Class of 2010 starts Sunday, February 21.

Pick up your registration form this weekend at the Information Center.

The Wilmington District will be offering a set of weekly classes, starting in April, on becoming a lay speaker. If you would like to enhance your public speaking skills, the series of classes offered throughout New Castle County on different days and times might be worth checking out.

The Global Ministries of the United Methodist Church is accepting names to be placed on a notification list when situation in Haiti stabilizes and the Haiti Methodist Church calls for volunteers.

In Memoriam

UMCOR's Director, Samuel W. Dixon Jr. (60), was one of the casualties in Haiti's January 12th earthquake. Reverand Dixon's life ended before he could be rescued from the rubble of a collapsed hotel.
